Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "You") and the operator of the ep567 platform, accessible at https://ep567.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms govern all use of the Platform, including account registration, access to games, placement of wagers, deposits, withdrawals, participation in promotions and all interactions with ep567 support services.

By creating an account, logging in, accessing any part of the Platform or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. ep567 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following capitalised terms have the meanings set out below:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction. ep567 does not permit minors to access the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in a personal capacity, not as a commercial agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be located in or a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any existing self-exclusion order applied through ep567 or any related scheme.
• You must not have a pre-existing Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person, household, device or IP address is permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

ep567 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to the Operator's satisfaction.

Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

4.1 KYC Verification

ep567 is required to verify the identity of all Account holders prior to approving withdrawal requests and in certain other circumstances. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following: a government-issued photo ID (national identity card, passport or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. ep567 accepts no liability for any unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify ep567 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4.3 One Account Per User

Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If ep567 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all such accounts may be suspended, any winnings voided, and any remaining balance returned at the Operator's discretion following investigation.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge that:

• All wagers are placed voluntarily using funds you own and have the right to use.
• Gambling involves financial risk and that past results do not indicate future outcomes.
• The Platform does not guarantee winnings and that the house edge means the Operator has a statistical advantage over time in casino games.
• Sports betting odds reflect probability assessments and are subject to change up to the time a market is settled.
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud or any activity that contravenes applicable law.
• You will not use any automated tools, bots, scripts or other software to interact with the Platform in any unauthorised manner.

ep567 reserves the right to void bets, withhold funds or close Accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Platform is being used in breach of these Terms or in a manner that is fraudulent, abusive or manipulative.

Deposits may only be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction. The availability of any specific payment channel is subject to change without notice. Payment references familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed for contextual reference only. These references do not constitute confirmation that any specific payment method is available, nor do they imply any endorsement of, affiliation with or support for the Platform by any named payment provider.

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the Operator and may vary by payment method and Account status.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance following successful confirmation from the relevant payment processor. ep567 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Deposit funds are held separately from the Platform's operating funds to the extent practicable and in accordance with applicable operator obligations.

6.2 Currency

Account Balances and transactions may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other supported currencies as specified during the account registration process. Currency conversion, where applicable, will be applied at rates determined by the Operator at the time of conversion.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, except where the Operator determines an alternative method is more appropriate.
• Any active Bonus Funds in your Account that have not met their applicable Wagering Requirement may be forfeited upon withdrawal request.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method.
• ep567 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Actual processing times may be affected by third-party payment provider procedures, banking processing times and any ongoing verification requirements.
• The Operator reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal above a specified threshold.

From time to time, ep567 may offer welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback promotions, referral bonuses and other promotional incentives. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be published at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms (e.g., a 30x requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of PKR 30,000 before withdrawal eligibility is achieved).
• Minimum Deposit: Most promotions require a qualifying minimum deposit, which will be specified in the offer terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that remain unclaimed or where Wagering Requirements are not met within the specified period will expire and be removed from the Account.
• Game Contributions: Not all game categories contribute equally to Wagering Requirement clearance. Contribution percentages per category are specified in the promotion-specific terms.
• Abuse Prevention: ep567 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each welcome or deposit bonus is available once per eligible Account.

All promotional figures stated on ep567 (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative maximum amounts only. Actual bonus amounts are determined by the qualifying deposit and the applicable match percentage. ep567 does not guarantee any specific promotional outcome.

ep567 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of player-protection tools that Users are encouraged to use proactively:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases may be subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are comfortable losing within a defined period. Once reached, further play is paused until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum play-session duration. Alerts or session pauses are triggered when the limit is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period or a longer-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests should be directed to ep567 support. Reinstatement after a self-exclusion period may require a formal request and is not automatic.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications of time elapsed and net session activity, where available.

Access to ep567 is strictly for adults aged 18+ (or the higher minimum required by the applicable license jurisdiction). ep567 implements age-verification measures as part of the KYC process. Use by minors is strictly prohibited and any Account found to be held by a minor will be immediately closed, with any deposited funds returned where possible.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in Account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, reports to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information.
• Holding or operating multiple Accounts (duplicate accounts).
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in any game for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with any game or service.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any game mode.
• Placing wagers on behalf of a third party or as part of a professional gambling syndicate without prior written consent from the Operator.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate payment transactions.
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other users.
• Any conduct that disrupts, impairs or places unreasonable load on the Platform's infrastructure.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, user interfaces and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of ep567 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any Platform software; or create derivative works from any Platform content without the Operator's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ep567 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits or revenue.
• Interruption of service, including technical outages affecting in-play wager settlement.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your Account where the breach results from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Any reliance on content, odds or information displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ep567's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter that cannot be excluded by law. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except to the extent required by applicable law.

ep567 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• ep567 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Required KYC documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gambling protection measure has been applied.
• The Account holder is found to be ineligible under clause 3 of these Terms.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting ep567 support. Account closure requests will be processed following verification of identity and settlement of any outstanding wagers. Any legitimate, verified Account Balance will be returned to you via the most recently used qualifying payment method following successful closure.

If you wish to raise a dispute regarding any aspect of the Platform, including wager settlement, bonus application or Account activity, you should contact ep567 support in the first instance through the Live Chat or Help Center. All disputes should be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. ep567 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, you may be entitled to refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body in the applicable license jurisdiction, subject to that body's eligibility criteria. ep567 will provide relevant details of any applicable ADR mechanism upon request.

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live game outcomes as applicable. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the display or recording of a game outcome, the Operator's server-side records shall be considered the authoritative record.

ep567 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account holders by email or via a prominent on-Platform notice prior to taking effect, where practicable.

Non-material amendments (including corrections to typographical errors, minor clarifications or changes to contact details) may take effect without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated in the header of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with clause 13.
